At Harman Headwear, we take pride in creating high-quality custom laser-engraved hats and patches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Approved returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom laser-engraved products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Customer spelling errors
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Design choices approved by the customer
  • Change of mind after production has begun

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Products

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
